The VXDIAG VCX SE seems to work OK, however I purchased it so for I could work on a NISSAN car using Nissan Consult software and that has only been partially successful since the software does not read my VIN and does not offer all the menus since it does not recognise which vehicle it is, yet other software I have does.
When I contacted VXDIAG for support, they were unable to offer any guidance.
The software has many flags that will be attacked by anti-virus software, so you must remove all anti-virus including Windows Defender to have any chance of this working.
This system does not provide any consistent result so far using Tech2Win. I have followed all the steps, vx manager recognizes the device ok. It connects to the car (2005 GMC Yukon) as evidenced by status lights. however it randomly shows "lost communication with vehicle". Very frustrating
